Digital Download/eBook Return Policy
NurseInTheMaking does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital downloads (eBooks). eBook codes that have been emailed to a customer or made available to download will not be refunded. This is due to the fact that once a code has been sent, it cannot be returned.
Physical Product Return Policy
NurseInTheMaking has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the item is marked as delivered to request a return. (Not all items are eligible to be returned.) For items that are eligible for a return, your item must be brand new and unopened (in the same condition that you received it). It must be in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. *Products that were delivered shrink-wrapped must still be shrink-wrapped.
Starting a Return
To start a return, you can fill out this Contact Form. In the message box, please be sure to include:
• Order Number
• Item(s) you would like to return
• Reason for the return
If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Once return instructions are received, your item must be in transit within 10 days. Returns not shipped within this window will not be accepted, and any package sent after this period will be returned to you at your expense. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility. Items sent back to NurseInTheMaking without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Restocking fees may apply. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.
If a package is refused or returned to NurseInTheMaking for any reason without an authorized return, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not typically allowed. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, but contact us if you need help.
Damage and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact NurseInTheMaking immediately if any item is defective, damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if you are missing any item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that NurseInTheMaking cannot provide a resolution if the requested images are not provided. After 7 days have passed since the item was marked as delivered, a reasonable amount of time has passed, and NurseInTheMaking cannot resolve the issue.
Missing Orders
If your order was marked as delivered and you haven't received it, you must notify NurseInTheMaking immediately. If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier and a delivery image is provided, NurseInTheMaking is unable to replace or refund that order. After 7 days have passed since the item was marked as delivered, a reasonable amount of time has passed, and NurseInTheMaking cannot resolve the issue.

Refunds
Once your return has been received, it will be processed within 1-3 business days. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. If you paid for shipping on your order and then decide to return the order, the original shipping fees will not be refunded. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If your return is not approved after inspection, you will be notified via the email you used to place the order.
Sales Adjustments
If you missed a sale, be sure to look out for more to come! 🙂
Orders that are placed outside of the time of the listed sale cannot be canceled, returned, or adjusted to receive the sale price. The only exception to this rule is for orders that are placed on the same day of the sale. If an order was placed on the same day of a sale and the sale price was not applied to the order, the price of the order can be adjusted upon request to reflect the sale price.
